  • Guests who expect late check-in should inform the property in advance.
  • All guests must submit ID (for Vietnamese citizens) or valid passports (for foreign guests) upon check-in at the hotel.


Age and Group Policies
  • Children 11 years old and below should be under adult supervision to use the hotel facilities including pool and gym.
  • The hotel does not restrict to any specific group or community.


Guest Occupancy Policies
  • Children under 6 years old stay free of charge (maximum 1 child/room), sharing the same bed(s) with parents.
  • Children from 6 to under 12 years old are charged 400,000 VND/child/night, including breakfast, and sharing the same bed(s) with parents.
  • Children 12 years and older are considered adults and are charged 900,000 VND/person/night, including breakfast and one extra bed.


Cancellation Policies
  • Refundable policy
    - Travelers who cancel 1 week or more before 6:00 PM GMT+7 on the day of check-in are charged no fee.
    - Travelers who cancel between 1 week and 72 hours before 6:00 PM GMT+7 on the day of check-in are charged 1 night plus tax.
    - Travelers who cancel less than 72 hours before 6:00 PM GMT+7 on the day of check-in (including no-shows) are charged 100% of the booking amount.
  • Non-refundable
    - Travelers who cancel at any time (including no-shows) are charged 100% of the booking amount.


Payment
  • Prepayment is required to guarantee the bookings

  • Guests will be refunded as per the cancellation policies


Health and Safety
  • Contactless check-in and check-out are available.
  • Daily cleaning is conducted in public areas and guest rooms.
  • The property’s safety features include the following: Carbon monoxide detector, Fire extinguisher, First aid kit, Outdoor lighting, Security system, and Smoke detector.


Parking
  • Parking is available outside of the property at surcharges.


Accessibility
  • The elevator is available from the ground to the top floor.
  • The lobby, public areas, and guestrooms are wheelchair-accessible
  • Disability-aid features: elevator grab rails, bathroom grab bars, low-height door handles, and visual and sound fire alarms.


Privacy
  • Guests’ information collected on the bookings are kept confidentially for internal use and will not be disclosed through a third party or publicly.

THE HOTEL AND GUEST RESPONSIBILITIES
  • The Hotel is responsible to accommodate the guests as per reserved bookings.
  • All valuable things must be deposited at the Reception Desk with a receipt. Party A shall not be liable for any loss, damage if the clients fail to comply with safety regulations.
  • The Hotel has the right to refuse to provide services immediately in case the guests have acts of disturbing public order, undermine, or violate provisions at The Hotel.
  • The Guests are responsible to pay for reserved services and subject to the policies mentioned in the reservations.

OTHER RULES & REGULATIONS
To ensure a most safe and comfortable stay for our guests we kindly ask you to observe our Hotel Regulations as follows:

1. Kindly present your passport with a valid entry visa or ID once checking in the Hotel.

2. Pets are not allowed at the hotel.

3. Guests are not allowed to cook or launder within the guest rooms and hotel public areas.

4. Food with a strong smell (for example: Durian, Kimchi, mangosteen, etc.) or easy stain on linen is not accepted within the Hotel.

5. It is strictly forbidden to bring weapons, toxic substances, explosives, inflammables, or bulky assets into the Hotel.

6. Do not use the room or any part of the building for the following purpose: Drunk trafficking, gambling, sex trafficking, harboring criminals, and other illegal violations stipulated under local laws.

7. Any visitors to the Hotel’s in-room guests are obliged to be registered at the Front Desk with a personal identification card or passport. Visitors are not permitted to stay later than 21:00 at night.

8. Guests are recommended to keep their valuables in the safety box provided in the bedroom. The Hotel assumes no responsibility for any loss of personal property.

If there is something wrong with your room safety box, the hotel can help you open it at your request but only in the presence of all the people sharing the room.
When checking out, guests are requested to make the final check-up inside the safety box and to let the door of the safety box wide open. The Hotel will not hold itself responsible for what may happen to their belongings after they leave the reception desk.

9. Guests are not allowed to use their rooms as liaison offices nor to displace, to move the furniture and equipment from one room to another. They will be liable indemnity to the Hotel at the current price for any losses, breakages, or damages caused to these assets.

10. Guests are neither allowed to interchange rooms, to let others have the use of their room nor to share it with more people. In case of need, they must inform and get approval from the Hotel.

11. Making loud noises that affect the comfort of other guests is strictly prohibited.

12. Our check-in time is from 14:00 and the check-out time is at 12:00 noon. Additional charges will be applied for any extension and refer to our reception desk.

13. Under Vietnamese law, a guest who is not a Vietnamese citizen cannot share a room with a Vietnamese citizen without proof of marriage to each other. Otherwise, a second room must be booked.

14. Smoking is not permitted in the rooms or any part of the building. (Unless specifically indicated)

15. If Guests violate these regulations, not only will they be charged for the responsibilities according to the above-mentioned articles but the Hotel will also unilaterally cancel their room renting contract.

16. Exceptional cases are subject to the Hotel Management’s decision.
